(OMG). The "Defense" in this case is a DIXIE-managed Boulder Tax Resolution Firm. This is definitely SICKO!
Well this Boulder-based Firm Theatre production really SUX, with 666 THUMBS DOWN, and is currently being thrown OFF-BROADWAY. It was too late for ethical intervention.

9/25/2023 - 250 tax, Inc. totally busts a Boca Raton, Florida "Tax Firm" who falsified documents in a failed attempt to prove that
"The Firm" had actually mailed in Amended Returns on behalf of their Former Client. The Taxpayer was levied hard while waiting for over a year for the returns to process. 250 tax, Inc. took care of the new Client, and mailed in the returns. The new Client has still not recovered as the person paid $10,000.00 to this Florida firm that did nothing. Calls to this Florida Firm went into a dead end voice mail, and they never responded to emails.
The real question is: Why does Leo have to bust these crooks? Why doesn't the State, Feds, BBB or local Sherrifs (lol) bust them? These are the people that should at least take Leo J. Boohaker out to dinner.
