250 tax, Inc. supports and furthers the individual's fundamental right to privacy and protects the confidential information of their business entities. 250 tax, Inc. is committed to the ethical collection and use of information. 250 tax, Inc. follows all applicable national, state, and local laws, as well as institutional policies, governing the collection, use, maintenance, and dissemination of information in the pursuit of the missions of both the individual and the business entity. Code of Ethics Tax Practitioners must balance an individual's right to privacy with the needs of their business entity to collect, analyze, record, maintain, use, and disseminate information. To help 250 tax, Inc. continuously monitor this balance, the following ethical principles apply: Preamble Establishing and maintaining ethical and professional standards is a primary goal of the mission of 250 tax, Inc.. All associates and related parties will support and further an individual's fundamental right to privacy and protect the confidential information of their business entity. All associates, direct and indirectly related parties, agree to abide by this Statement of Ethics in the daily conduct of all professional activity encompassing the gathering, dissemination, and use of information for any purpose as outlined in the Professional Services Agreement or in any other ancillary business activity. Four fundamental principles provide the foundation for the ethical conduct of all parties directly or indirectly affiliated with 250 tax, Inc.: Conflicts of Interest, Accountability, Truthfulness and Practice. Conflicts of Interest Associates and all directly and indirectly related parties shall avoid competing professional or personal interests and shall disclose such interests to our Clients at the first instance. A conflict of interest can create an appearance of impropriety that can undermine confidence in our Firm, our Clients, and all Tax Professionals. Accountability Associates and all related parties will respect the privacy of donors and prospects and conduct their work with the highest level of discretion. We will adhere to the spirit as well as the letter of all applicable laws and all policies of their business entity. We will conduct ourselves in the utmost professional manner in accordance with the standards of our professions. Truthfulness Associates and all related parties shall be truthful with respect to their identities and purpose and the identity of their institutions during the course of their work. They shall continually strive to increase the recognition and respect of Tax Professionals. Practice Associates and all related parties shall take the necessary care to ensure that their work is as accurate as possible. We shall only record data that is appropriate as pertains to the work directly and indirectly related to the services as outlined in the Professional Services Agreement. 250tax.com will process and protect the confidentiality of all personal and business information at all times. |
Statement of Privacy
250 tax, Inc. knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. Sharing Information Any information you submit to us will be used only to perform the services you have requested. Under no circumstances will we barter, sell, or trade your information with any other individuals, institutions, organizations, or companies. Cookies Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as a shopping cart. Security We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal none of the digits of your credit card numbers when hiring our firm. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number securely to the appropriate credit card company during work processing.
